26th August 2012 - Phantasy Star Online 2: Translation Launcher v1.0.5 Released
 
Version 1.0.5
A launcher for use with PSO2 that replaces the official launcher. It will backup all patchable files when you launch the game then restore them once the game exits. It can also update your PSO2 installation.
Here is the changelog for the new version:
- Styling: Buttons to launch the game improved.
- Styling: Buttons given a disabled state so you can easily see when you can't use a button.
- Added: Options button is now active . Saving options for the game is currently disabled, this feature is a WIP unlocked now to make other features available.
- Added: Game Update feature. Update the game from SEGA's servers, auto started if an update is found when launching the game or manually via: options >> functions.
- Added: Total file checking via the game update feature. This should update any files available via the official launchers update process.
- Added: Option to download an additional translation file which keeps the Japanese enemy names intact. Access it via: options >> functions.
- Added: Simple message window styled to suit the application.
- Added: Patch analysis for help with trouble-shooting so you can see which files may be corrupt.
- Fixed: Can now launch the game without any translation installed.
- Fixed: Drag Bar code was slightly wrong and wouldn't always follow the cursor properly.
- Fixed: Progress bar for patch validation was not showing and causing a moment of confusion during boot of the application.
- Fixed: "Options File Version" renamed to "Game Version".

Version 1.0.4
If you downloaded 1.0.3 then please download 1.0.4 as there is an error where I selected the wrong font.
A launcher for use with PSO2 that replaces the official launcher. It will backup all patchable files when you launch the game then restore them once the game exits.
Here is the changelog for the new version:
- Styling: Buttons now have a clicked status. Image file sizes decreased to decrease exe size.
- Added: Game Version recognition now downloaded during update checks instead of hard coded.
- Fixed: Application would give an unhandled exception if the update connection failed.
- Fixed: Error about the loader version being wrong. This will still appear but only when an updated exe is installed but not yet supported fully.

9th August 2012 - Phantasy Star Online 2: Translation Launcher v1.0.2 Released
Version 1.0.2
A launcher for use with PSO2 that replaces the official launcher. It will backup all patchable files when you launch the game then restore them once the game exits.
This new version adds the following:
- New GUI that resembles the official launcher.
- English news items loaded from bumped.org/psublog
- Application update alerts
- CRC checking for both SEGA and patch files against a list of known CRCs.
- Better error checking for all files, more warnings added.
- Fixed the bug where the CRC changed message would keep appearing until you selected your patch files again.
- Link buttons added so you know where to get your updated files from.
- Options button is a place-holder for the moment and this feature will be added at a later date.

27th February 2012 - PSPo2se v3.0 Build 1002 Released
Version 3.0 build 1002
New version available via app update with a WIP weapon database viewer and a couple of bug fixes just so you know I'll still be updating this at some point.
